I offer coaching and training with individuals both online and in-person, and our work together is always tailored to offer you guidance, compassion, and deep listening.
I approach our sessions as rich explorations between equals — I know you bring as much wisdom to the table as I do. Our conversations will focus on helping you deepen your understanding of how we as human beings work, how the Three Principles play into our daily lives and how they relate to your mental health and well-being, and how you experience life and ways to transform it for the better.
My aim is to help you get more out of life and coach you back to health and wellness.
Working with clients one-on-one, I offer individual consultation sessions that can help you overcome past painful memories, anxiety, mental stress, loss, and big life changes; or, support you in a general desire to live a happier, more peaceful life.
These sessions are offered virtually, with me, via a secure web-based service in or in person if in Melbourne Australia.
